New York, NY – To start of the new year, Khan’s Tutorial held Leadership Training at its headquarters at KT Sutphin. Khan’s Tutorial holds regular training sessions for Instructors, Quality Managers, Data Managers, and Directors across its 11 locations. Training sessions help KT leaders better serve students and parents by reviewing changes made to standardized exams, best practices, and strategies.

“My son, Ayman has been a KT student for many years and received doubles 4s in his Common Core Exams for 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grade. He was also in KT’s SHSAT program and received an acceptance to The Bronx High School of Science. We have been so pleased with our experience at KT and we trust their talented Instructors, who go through routine training. We look forward to enrolling Ayman in KT’s Regents program now that he is in high school,” said Farida Yasmin, mother of 3 KT students.

“KT Leadership Training is always my favorite time of the year. We have the valuable opportunity to instill KT leadership qualities to some of the brightest minds in NYC. We continuously learn from one another and ensure positive growth in each individual, ultimately leading to positive growth for our community,” said Mohammad Hossain, Vice President of Khan’s Tutorial and lead trainer.

“It’s very interesting to see the new generation of KT Teammates willing to take on such tough responsibilities. With a fresh set of minds, our interaction and support system for our students will encompass a close-knit environment leading to greater motivation and ultimate success for our hard-working students!” said Stephen Mumin, Manager at KT Ozone Park and lead trainer for Quality Manager Training.

With 11 locations in the outer boroughs of New York City, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and in the Jackson Heights, Jamaica, Astoria, Sunnyside, Ozone Park, and Floral Park neighborhoods of Queens, Khan’s Tutorial primarily serves in assisting families in low-income, new immigrant neighborhoods. Over 2,615 students have gained admission to New York City’s Specialized High Schools and through Khan’s Tutorial since its inception in 1994.
