KT Richmond Hill family wins free 50 inch TV during Common Core Raffle

New York, NY – Last month Khan’s Tutorial celebrated its students who received perfect 4/4 scores on their Common Core Exams. The total of perfect Common Core scores has reached 1,420, shattering last year’s record of 1,031. This past weekend Khan’s Tutorial hosted its final Common Core Celebrations for the year at KT Castle Hill and KT Parkchester in the Bronx. Part of the Celebrations included small raffles for free movie tickets for KT families, as well as a larger raffle for a free 50 inch Samsung smart television. The family of Aiden N. from KT Richmond Hill has been picked as the raffle winner.

“November has been an incredible month of celebration for all of the families at Khan’s Tutorial. The parents that sent their children to Khan’s and have sacrificed their time and to ensure their child’s growth and success. The most special part of our celebrations was being able to send 80 family members of KT students to the movies to spend quality time together as a family. When I grew up as an immigrant child my family didn’t have enough money to send me to the movies let alone take me with them. We want to change that for all of the children in the Bangladeshi and South Asian community. Additionally we want to congratulate the family of Aiden N. from KT Richmond Hill for winning a 50 inch Samsung TV from our raffle, ”said CEO & President of Khan’s Tutorial Dr. Ivan Khan.
