Khan’s Tutorial totals nearly 5,000 acceptances in 30th year of tutoring & test preparation.
New York, New York – March 12, 2024 – Last week, over 123 proud families across New York City gathered with their loved ones at Khan’s Tutorial celebrations to celebrate the success of more than 123 Specialized High School Acceptances.
Celebrating their 30th year in tutoring, Khan’s Tutorial teachers, managers & company leaders gathered with parents, discussed high school admissions offers, transportation routes, and tips to succeed as high school students.
“I think the Khan’s program is truly excellent. Usually I’m the one to push our daughter, but for the SHSAT, her father’s involvement really helped with her practice push” Said the mother of Sarah Cameron who was accepted to Stuyvesant High School with a score of 642. Sarah prepared at Khan’s Jamaica on Hillside Ave and will attend with more than 32 other Khan’s Tutorial students at Stuyvesant High School this Fall.
In the newly opened Khan’s Bronx location on Westchester Ave, Guest of Honor & NYC Community leader, Mir Bashar & his family congratulated the excited SHSAT bound parents & kids. “Special thanks to the parents for their support, and also Khan’s Tutorial for making a brighter future for our next generation. “I’m really happy to have gotten into my school, I’m happy to exceed my target score, and I’m proud to be a part of Khan’s Tutorial.” said Tanvee T., who is headed to Bronx Science. Tanvir’s siblings also took Khan’s Tutorial and attend a Specialized High School currently. “Khan is very experienced. I know Ivan’s father, Dr. Mansur Khan & his mom Nayeema Khan. While there are many tutorials, since I know their work, I have more confidence in Khan’s.”

- Brooklyn Technical High School – 31 Acceptances
- The Brooklyn Latin School – 14 Acceptances
